Dr. Annysue Emmons is super thorough and personable with every visit. I LOVE the timeliness of getting in and out. Everyone is friendly from when you first walk in to when you leave. Even on the phone for follow up is enjoyable. This is the first time I've had a PCP with whom I felt seen and didn't feel too intimidated to keep up with my visits. Love it here!

The entire staff were so patient, caring, and helpful. I felt very comfortable and glad to have chosen them. The phlebotomist was amazing! She found my vein on the first try and I hardly felt it.

I have only experienced TOP TIER service during each visit to the clinic and when contacting the office via phone concerning insurance/medication topics. As a matter of fact, my insurance provider called VIP with me on the line to gather specific information for a prescription and afterwards the BCBS representative offered several words of praise about his phone experience with VIP. He stated the office is by far one of the friendliest and professional he has contacted. His words verbatim were, "oh my gosh...they are amazing and so attentive ...... sounds like they really care about each patient."
